Appointment Booking
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our clinic directly via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in paying for the full treatment price or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
Payment

Payments can be made prior to your appointment via the online booking system or will be due on your appointment day (unless prior arrangements have been made).

We accept cash and cards payments.
Insurance
We work with private health insurance companies, these include: AXA Aviva Vitality
Minors
Patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
Health and Safety

For the safety of our patients and staff, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Masks may be required in accordance with current public health guidelines.

Treatment Consent

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you consent to receive treatment from our qualified osteopathic practitioners.

You will be sent out a terms and conditions form prior to your appointment which will also cover your appointment plan/schedule. This will include a consent section. You are required to sign this form otherwise you will receive no treatment.

Right to Refuse Service
Our clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates clinic policies or exhibits disruptive behaviour.
