DK Osteopathy is a brand new multidisciplinary clinic, located  in Chingford. Our primary goal is to provide the best level of care we can to our patients. The aim is to make sure our patients are free from pain and injury. We provide a range of health services including osteopathy, sports massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage and medical acupuncture.

OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a type of manual therapy to treat musculoskeletal related problems in the body. It is hands-on and non invasive. Our bodies have their own healing ability, it is an osteopath’s job to help remove any barriers which negatively impact this natural process and help restore the optimal function of the body.

ACUPUNCTURE/ DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a technique used by therapists to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. It involves inserting thin needles into trigger points, which can cause pain and restrict movements. The goal is to release tension and promote healing by stimulating blood flow and triggering the bodys natural pain-relieving mechanism.

SPORTS & DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This is a deeper type of massage where we focus on relaxing the deeper layers of the body. This includes releasing muscle knots, stretching and massaging. During treatment we may use our forearms, knuckles and elbows to get into the deep layers.

G5 MASSAGE

A G5 massage is a type of mechanical massage therapy that uses a specialized machine, often referred to as a G5 massager, to provide deep tissue stimulation. It is used for a deep tissue massage, relaxation, to improve circulation, lymphatic drainage and cellulite reduction.
